Shipping Policy

How long will the order reach?

Please refer to the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders. The delivery of the product may take 3-4 days to reach your given address.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at [email protected] and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

Will I be able to track my order?

Once a shipment is in the hands of the courier partners ( Bluedart, FedEx or Delhivery) we will notify you by confirming your order & by sending you a Tracking ID wherein you can Track Your Product. Also in my accounts section, you will be able to see the progress of the delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

How are returns processed?

To return your product, you can place a request by contacting us or by placing a request from our website & we will arrange the pickup from your given address. s soon we receive your package we will initiate a refund into your account. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. Please email us at [email protected] o request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. Our hassle-free return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)           

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
