Shipping Timeline: Same day dispatch for orders placed before 11 am. Orders placed after 11 am will be dispatched next day. We are working 365 days a year, but due to logistics constraints shipping may not happen on Sundays & Holidays.
Order Tracking: Customer will get a WhatsApp msg having tracking link, along with that customer can track order via our website under My Orders section.
Return Process: Zuvino's 7-days returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from the Zuvino website/app for any reason within 5 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.
