1. Return window: Return applicable within 7 days after delivery.
2. Return requirements: Return items should be in original condition with tags and packaging.
3. Damaged Product: All damaged product issues must be raised within 12 hrs of delivery.
4. Multi Quantity: We can't return multi quantity orders due to cost issues, only exchange is available for order of more than 1 units.

Zuvino's 7-days returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from the Zuvino website/app for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.

Kindly note, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please also note that we only offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return it to obtain store credit and purchase the new item separately.

For all prepaid orders, the refund shall reflect in the source account within 5-7 business days. For wallet & store credits the refund shall reflect within 24 hours If you had placed the order using Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded at our end as you haven't paid for the order yet. If amount received we return in term of gift card. If the payment was made by redeeming an Zuvino Gift Card, you will receive the refund amount into your Zuvino Store Credits within 24 hours. Any amount paid over and above the gift card value, will be refunded to the source account in as per the stipulated timeline.
